My top 5 morning rituals
for a longer life

Never Skip Your Morning Ritual !!!

Not because it’s trendy, but because it’s the time in the day that you can have just for you, and therefore time for your needs before everyone else gets your attention.
We are always rushing through the day, through the week, through the month and often forget ourselves in the process. Especially as a woman, we often get caught in the whirlpool of responsibilities and meeting the needs of others. Children, job, partner – we tend to think we have to perform perfectly everywhere and want to live up to everyone’s expectations – except our own.

Therefore I break a lance for Morgerituale and present you my Top 5 morning rituals for a longer life before. Go to bed earlier, because sitting in front of the TV for a long time has never had a great added value and get up earlier in the morning to enjoy the peace and the moment when no one wants anything from you.Ritual

WHY SHOULD I PLEASE GET UP EARLIER WHEN I CAN STILL SNUGGLE IN BED....

This may not be so easy at first and you will think to yourself WHY ???

Why should I please get up earlier when I can still snuggle into bed before all the hustle and bustle starts.

And you have already given yourself the answer. Stress, as we know, is not always bad for us, but it depends on the type of stress. The stress we experience in the morning when we jump out of bed at the last moment, the kids (if any) are not in the best mood themselves, the partner (if any) is also in a hurry and you have timed it so that you have to get ready quickly to get to the office or online meeting is definitely not part of the positive kind of stress.
Your day will be as you started it – meaning, if you start in stress, your whole day will be riddled with it, because you won’t find a way to calm down.

This kind of negative stress is death to your cells.
Because it leads to oxidative stress – stress that attacks your cells and promotes inflammatory processes. If you have time in the morning to start your day calmly with the right morning rituals, you’re already one step closer to boosting your body and its longevity.

You see, it’s worth possibly rethinking and adjusting your waking hours. You don’t have to be dogmatic about this either. My alarm clock rings during the week between 05:00h and 05:30h depending on how I got to bed. On weekends, it simply stays off. Interestingly, I usually wake up at the latest around 06:00h.
It has become my rhythm.

But so much for getting up early in the morning. To show you what you’re missing, here’s my TOP 5 morning routine.

MY TOP 5 MORNING RITUALS
THAT YOU NEVER WANT TO MISS AGAIN

1. find my positive inner self

When we get up in the morning, we are not always in the best of moods. It’s rather the opposite. We often open our eyes and think about all the things that are coming up, what we have to deal with and what tasks have to be solved. We start the day so stressed and negative.

For a longer life, on the other hand, a positive feeling is important. Therefore, one of my most important morning rituals is to get to a positive mindset. Good feelings and a smile on our face strengthen our immune system, reduce negative stress and provide better self-esteem. The hormone dopamine is released during this process. Dopamine stimulates our phagocytes, which in turn fight pathogens and promote our antibodies.

But not only that, you will notice that you become more relaxed and focus more on yourself as well as your needs. Your environment will also thank you, because you pass this feeling on to others.

2. holy glow water

Our body loses a lot of fluid overnight. Before we reach for the coffee, we should therefore first bring our fluid balance back into equilibrium. And no, coffee is not suitable there.

Of course, a glass of water would do for now, but why not give the body an extra portion of healthy nutrients when it’s so easy. My Holy Glow Water is therefore more than just pure liquid. It also contains an extra portion of longevity boosters.

Recipe

  • 330ml lukewarm water
  • 1 tsp lemon
  • 1 tsp lace ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon tip turmeric powder
  • 1 mini sprinkle of black pepper

3. supplements

I know supplementation of supplements is a big topic.
Yes – No, if yes what and so on. I supplement, and for several reasons.

There will be a separate article on this soon.
As far as Longevity and living longer, the reason is that, as we get older, we absorb nutrients less, we produce less of our own and we have more inflammatory processes going on..

Our body therefore needs support in order to be able to reduce inflammatory processes, to have a strong immune defense and not to suffer a nutrient deficiency. Unfortunately, it is hardly possible to cover everything in the necessary quantity and quality through the diet. Therefore, here are my top 5 supplements for your morning ritual.

  1. Omega 3 (vegan)
  2. Vitamin D3 + K2
  3. Resveratol
  4. B – complex incl. B12
  5. Sango Coral (calcium + magnesium in the optimal ratio)

If you’re unsure where to get good quality, check out Sunday Naturals . They have been my trusted provider for years.

4. dry brushing

In the morning, our body is still in an absolute rest mode and it does not like to be hurried at all. Since my sporting activities always fall in the evening, I stimulate my blood circulation and lymphatic system with dry brushing .

This results in stimulating my circulation, but even more so in stimulating my metabolism and natural detoxification.
This in combination with my Morning Glow Water is the optimal wake up call for my body.

Remember to always brush toward the heart.

5. yerba mate collagen latte

As we already know, drinking in the morning is extremely important. That’s why I treat myself to my beloved Yerba Mate collagen latte for my half hour of reading and getting new input. This can no longer be missing in my morning ritual. Yerba Mate has more caffeine than coffee, but at the same time is gentler and the effect lasts longer. It also contains compounds that have a strong antioxidant and cell-protective effect.

But the tea alone is not enough for me, because then I lack the ritual, which I know from coffee. Therefore, it is refined with frothed oat milk, which I mix with 1 tsp of collagen. In the meantime, I can no longer do without it.
The body’s own collagen production decreases already in the early 30s, but is extremely important not only for skin, hair, nails, but also bones, connective tissues and all cells.

FAcit

It is worth getting up 1 hour earlier in the morning, not only to have time for yourself, but also to strengthen your body and feel better. You will notice after a short time how your well-being increases,
you get more glow and are less stressed.
