Cucumber Summer Spritz

The Perfect non-alcoholic Summer Spritz

We all love it to have a Spritzi Drink on warm summer days.
But it doesn’t have to be always alcohol. Sometimes we just like the feeling of having a drink without the effects of alcohol. Close your eyes, enjoy the refreshing effect, the light sparkling on your tongue, and the nice taste that calms you down and let end you the day.

You need - for two

1 cup roughly diced and peeled cucumber
12 mint leaves
½ teaspoon birch sugar
Juice of ½ medium lemon (about 2 tablespoons)
3 tablespoons crushed ice
200 ml soda water
1 mint leave to garnish
1 cucumber slice to garnish

How To

Give Cucumber, mint leaves, and birch sugar in to a blender until everything it mixed well.
Pour through a coarse sieve to get the liquid.
Give the liquid, club soda, and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker
Shake for 30 seconds, then pour into a rocks glass with the crushed ice
Garnish with a spring of mint and a slice of cucumber
